I’ve always loved making people smile with desserts. I started baking back in 2003 and taught myself through watching cooking shows and reading books on techniques.

I’m originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana but live in West Los Angeles with my boyfriend and our perfect pup, Deuce. I specialize in floral cakes- both buttercream designs and fresh flowers- and healthy treats for dogs. My southern roots shine through in almost all of my creations - you’ll definitely taste the love put into each and every project.

My love of community and giving back is a core value of my business. Supporting Winter Fate Bakes is supporting community initiatives, which you can dig into on the Community section of this website.

My favorite desserts that I make are my famous Hummingbird Cake, Mississippi Mud Pie and my 7-Up Cake. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for y’alls support and love.
